Introduction : - 

hospital infection control programme is depend on the policy of the hospital how to control hospital acquired infection and what do for control the communicable disease in hospital .infection control program  play important role to control the infection in hospital .prevention of infection in hospital is necessary because it is crate highly cause of death or complicated diseases .

definition 

hospital infection is defined as which infection generated during the provide health care facility in hospital or  any other health care center and cause infection in patient .it means patient take other infection by hospital admission time and after the discharge into the hospital that is called hospital infection .

1.Sterilization  - sterilization means completely kill all types of microorganism in a material or on the surface of an object. remove of all microorganism and other pathogen to use the physical and chemical method of sterilization. the physical method is a heat , moist heat, radiation , steam under pressure etc and chemical method such as iodine, potassium paramagnet ,chlorine , hydrogen peroxide physical method of sterilization more effective than chemical method of sterilization .

2.Isolation  - isolation is the system developing of isolating precaution designed to prevent transmission of microorganism because in hospital microorganism can easily transfer in hospital common route. and in hospital agent of infection and host factor are more difficult to control 

3.Knowledge related to safety measure -  to provide knowledge related to five safety measure use in hospital to control infection that is cap, mask, apron , shoes,gloves this safety measure control the transfer infection from health worker to patient and patient to health worker      

4.Vaccination - proper knowledge of vaccine to hospital staff  and it help the control infection in hospital 

5.Waste management -  to use of  waste  management technique and control the hospital infection mostly in all hospital or any other health care center use biomedical waste management technique and its help to control infection in hospital . it is very useful technique to control infection 

6.Staff education -     

 continual provide the knowledge related to how  to    control infection in hospital and teach the hospital staff to provide information related to new innovation infection control program. example all staff all staff need to maintenance hygiene self and patient and proper knowledge related to antibiotic and immunization 

7.Action plan -  immediately take action against cause of transfer infection in hospital and develop the plan of hospital infection control program its send the information to hospital infection control program committee and hospital infection program committee take immediately action to present plan of infection control in hospital and according to condition change the plan of infection control.
