hair loss is the common problem today in male and female. the maine  cause of hair fall is daily habits and unregulated  routine of life such as not proper taking diet , sleep, depression , uses of chemical for hair wash . genetic and hormonal factor also responsible for hair loss. today hair fall problem common in 25 -40  age  group men and womens , Hair loss sometimes becomes the reason of embarrassment too.

hereditary causes is mostly affect the hair loss problem, because this problem transfer one generation to other generation.Due to some types of chromosomes and genes, the problem of hair loss is always in the family members. in medical term The problem of hair loss in the medical term is called pattern baldness.its effect male and female both but mostly effect on male.

2. Diet  - 

Food is essential for energy in our body. It is necessary for our body to grow as well as we know that the protein is very much needed in the food. because  protein helps in the development of the body. not taking  right amount of protein  is also the main cause of hair loss. protein more important for hair growth. Avoid Hair Loss Problems by taking a balanced diet.

3. Telogen  effluvium -
